Welcome our most perfectly imperfect boy, Pork Roll! He may be low to the ground, grunt like a pig and walk like a cowboy that’s been on a horse for days but he is our hot little mess! You would think by looking at him he’s be tiny but don’t let the pictures fool you. He’s a tank with midget legs weighing in at a solid 70 pounds. Now if that description doesn’t get you excited about Pork Roll hopefully this will. HE IS A SWEETHEART! He has met older kids and done great! We are thinking older kids would be better because he is very much like a bull in a China shop and will plow you over with pure excitement, slobber and love. He is CRATE TRAINED AND POTTY TRAINED! He also likes other dogs as well!
Porky was found as a stray on the streets of philly. He likely had a home at some point as he knows tricks and is trained. He is your typical “philly special” so of course his genetics are too notch (sarcasm)…. So like most of the pitties that come from the city this boy has allergies. Don’t worry we are getting him started on some good food and allergy meds but adopters must know they will need to continue this for Porks to live his absolute BEST life.
Pork Roll will be getting a full veterinary workup prior to adoption which includes neutered, microchipped, heartwom tested, fecal tested, dewormed, updated on all core vaccines, started on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
