Pixel’s story starts the way too many do—alone and afraid, wandering the streets in the South before landing in a crowded shelter where time is never on their side. But even in the face of uncertainty, Pixel never stopped wagging her tail. She believed someone would come for her. And now, thanks to rescue, her fresh start has begun.
At just six months old, Pixel is the very definition of sweetness. Gentle and affectionate, she adores people of all ages and lights up when she’s around other dogs. Her playful spirit and loving heart make her an easy fit for a home with children or other pups to pal around with.
She’s currently in foster care, getting a taste of what it means to be safe and loved—and she’s thriving. Pixel will be spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, tested for heartworm and intestinal parasites, and started on preventatives before adoption.
Pixel has already faced the worst life has to offer, and she’s come through with nothing but love to give. Now all she needs is a family to show her that she was always meant to be someone’s forever.
