Welcome our sweet boy Oscar. Oscar was found abandoned tied to a pole with a pile of trash in Philadelphia. He was picked up and taken to the local shelter. No one came looking for Oscar(shocking) so we look picked him up and brought him into one of our loving foster homes. Oscar is adjusting well. He is fostered with other dogs and very much enjoys their company. He is also kid friendly. He has not been tested with cats but with slow intros would likely do well. Oscar is crate trained and potty trained. He loves to snuggle with you on the couch but also really enjoys being outside playing with all toys. This little man has really come out of his shell, do not get me wrong he is still nervous as he should be. However, he is really opening up to be such a fun loving pup! He loves belly scratches and giving you lots of kisses. We do believe he would benefit being adopted in a family with another dog due to helping with his confidence. The family will need to understand that he takes some time to shine! However with the help of his foster pups he is shining bright!
Oscar is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, started on flea and tick and heartworm prevention, heartworm and fecal tested and updated on all core vaccines prior to adoption.
