I'm ready for my new family!

Lego

I'm Available

Lego got his name for a reason—because this 4-month-old black Lab pup came to us broken, literally. Found in a South Carolina shelter with a fractured leg and no explanation, Lego was out of time. No one had stepped up to help him, and he was scheduled for euthanasia.

But this brave little boy never gave up hope—and neither did we.

Now safe with Freedom First Rescue, Lego will be undergoing surgery in the next few days to repair his leg. He has a long road ahead, with about 8 weeks of recovery, but his spirit is unshakable. Despite the pain he’s endured, Lego is an incredibly social, happy puppy who lights up the room with his wagging tail and loving eyes.

While in foster care, he’ll be working on crate training, potty training, and mastering his puppy manners. Once he’s medically cleared, Lego will be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, fecal tested, and started on heartworm and flea/tick prevention.

Please note: We are not accepting adoption applications until Lego is fully recovered and cleared by our veterinary team.

For now, we’re focused on healing his body and making sure this sweet boy gets the second chance he almost didn’t have.

Stay tuned for updates on Lego’s journey—we can’t wait to find him the forever family he so deserves.
