Meet Kiwi!
Kiwi is an 11-year-old Hound mix with a heart as sweet as his name. This lovely senior boy found himself in a shelter after being surrendered by his owner, and like so many older dogs, his chances of being noticed were slim. We knew he deserved better, so we brought him north in hopes of finding the loving forever family he deserves to spend his golden years with.
Kiwi is everything people love about senior dogs. He is affectionate and incredibly grateful for every bit of love and attention he receives. He adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has a gentle, easygoing personality that makes him a joy to be around. He is also potty trained, making the transition into his new home even easier.
Kiwi has not yet been tested with cats. He is fully vetted including neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and routine veterinary care.
All Kiwi is looking for now is a soft bed, a loving family, and a place to call home. Senior dogs have so much love left to give, and Kiwi is ready to prove that some of the very best companions come with a little gray on their face.
