Welcome Isella but you can call her Izzy. Izzy was brought to the shelter with another dog and they were said to be strays. Izzy’s friend at the shelter was reclaimed by the owner but no one ever came for Izzy. But it’s ok because Izzy came with us and she’s getting a taste of the good life. She is new so we are learning all about her but what we do know so far is she is EXTREMELY dog friendly. Izzy is also fostered with older kids and is doing GREAT! We also know that Izzy does well on car rides. She would make for a great co pilot. Izzy is potty trained and crate trained. She is a little shy when it comes to loud noises and fast movements but is learning to adjust in foster care. She is very hesitant around men and does need some time to warm up. Since Izzy has been with us we have learned that she is VERY faithful to the people she loves and cares about. We love that about her but we are teaching her when the right time to be concerned is and when is not. We think she would thrive in a calm home and someone that is experienced with shy pups and willing to continue with her training. Izzy should go to a home without cats.
Izzy is already spayed, microchipped, dewormed and updated on all core vaccines. She will be heartworm tested and started on flea and tick and heartworm preventions prior to adoption.
