Figgy is a 6-month-old hound mix who is about as sweet as they come. This lovable boy hasn’t met a stranger yet — he adores everyone he meets and is always ready to make a new friend. With his happy personality and social nature, Figgy is the kind of puppy who brings smiles wherever he goes.
Originally coming from the South, Figgy is now settling into foster care where he’s getting a great start learning all the important puppy basics. He is currently working on his potty training and crate training, and like all puppies his age, he will need a family that is committed to continuing his training, structure, and socialization as he grows.
Figgy is being fostered with other dogs and children and does great with both. He thrives around people and enjoys having playmates around. He would likely do well with cats too, as long as introductions are slow and appropriate so everyone has time to adjust.
At just four months old, Figgy is still very much a puppy — playful, curious, and learning about the world every day. He’s looking for a family ready for all the fun (and work!) that comes with raising a young dog.
Figgy will be fully vetted prior to adoption, including age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, and neuter requirements per our adoption contract.
