Welcome Carter! He was found as a stray in Philly and brought to the local city shelter. From what we can tell about Carter so far is he is a typical happy go lucky boy! He was definitely someones pet one time or another because he knows tricks like sit, down and paw. He is also potty trained and crate trained. He is dog friendly and had been people friendly. We do plan to test him with children while in foster care. He has not been tested around cats.
Carter will be neutered, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested, given all age appropriate vaccines and started on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
