Benson is the definition of a happy-go-lucky, tail-wagging, life-loving pup! This confident, social boy is truly the full package and charms everyone (and everything!) he meets. He's a petite little guy at 30 pounds.
Benson gets along fantastically with other dogs, adores children, and is even good with cats although he does really like to chase them, but it’s mainly because he wants to play. His joyful personality makes him the kind of dog who can fit into just about any home.
At around 6 months old, Benson is still working on the basics, including potty training and crate training, and he’s already making great progress in his foster home. With a little consistency and routine, he’ll be a pro in no time.
He’s social, affectionate, goofy, and always ready for an adventure or a cuddle. Benson truly is a special dog who’s been overlooked for far too long. Whoever adopts him is getting one incredible companion.
