Say hello to this dynamic duo, Benson and Bonnie! These two sweet pups came to us after being surrendered by a backyard breeder who couldn’t sell them. Despite their rough start, they’re already proving to be loving, social, and resilient dogs who just needed someone to give them a real shot at life.
At about 9 months old, Benson and Bonnie are lab–hound mixes who are full of potential and puppy charm. They’re currently working on their potty training and crate training while in foster care — learning all the basics of home life with the help of their amazing foster family.
Both dogs are very social and get along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and children. They absolutely light up when given attention and love! While in our care, we’ll also be helping them put on some much-needed weight and continue getting them out and about to experience all the joys of being well-loved pups.
Benson and Bonnie’s past may have started in a backyard, but their future is looking bright — and full of promise.
