Meet Beanie, a gentle and devoted mama who has already given so much of herself to ensure her puppies had a chance at a better life. At just two years old, Beanie has spent most of her time being a protector, a nurturer, and a steady source of comfort to her litter—known as the Coffee Crew. All of her puppies have since found loving forever homes, and now it’s finally Beanie’s turn to be on the receiving end of the love she so selflessly gave.
Beanie stayed behind in South Carolina to undergo treatment for heartworm, a process that required patience, strength, and time. She faced it all with grace. Now fully recovered and medically cleared, she’s making her way north in hopes of finding a family who will cherish her for the rest of her life.
She’s dog-friendly, potty trained, and crate trained—ready to settle into a home where she can finally rest and feel safe. Beanie isn’t asking for much—just a quiet space, a warm bed, and someone who sees her not as the mama dog left behind, but as the incredibly deserving dog she is.
